We love to hear from our customers, get in touch with your query big or small and we'll do our best to help. We aim to respond to all contact enquiries by the end of the next working day.

If something is showing as in-stock online then this means we have it in the store. If you want to be certain (or want us to put an item aside for you) please give us a call.
Orders must be placed by 1pm (Monday - Thursday) and the option for 'express next day' delivery selected to guarantee delivery the next working day. Orders placed via this method on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed over the weekend on the following Tuesday.
You can do this by visiting the 'My Account' section and logging in with your account credentials. You can use the reset facility if you've forgotten your username or password. Once logged in you can then edit / pause or cancel your subscriptions from the 'Subscriptions' tab.
Of course, just choose the option for local collection on checkout. Bring your invoice and order number with you to the store to collect your order.
